Black Seed Oil Benefits - What is Black Seed Oil Good for

Black seed is a common herb mainly used for traditional medicines in the Middle East, Africa and by the Roman Empire for thousands of years. It has therapeutic benefits along with healing properties and often called  “the miracle herb”

It comes from the beautiful Nigella Sativa plant that grows in Southwest Asia, the Middle East, and Southern Europe. The seeds of this plant are also called black cumin, black caraway, nigella or fennel flower interchangeably.

Studies show that Black Seed oil may have many health benefits including the treatment of asthma and having antioxidant properties. It can also have some positive effects on your skin and hair. While it’s used to help many health conditions, there’s not a scientific evidence to support its benefits.
